How do you remove the door speakers?
The ones on the passenger/driver door. I tried and I managed to crack the grill a bit... :'(

Remove the door panel - it's held with 9 or 10 clips that hook onto the door (Removing: inside leather mirror cover, plastic door pin, plastic light at the bottom, and two screws surrounding the door lock itself.) Pull up gently from bottom and sides, back and forth until you get the bottom end/half of the panel open, you can disconnect the bottom door light here if you wish.
Reach inside to the top and push up since the top portion is held tightly with four/five clips attached to the metal panel. Then just set the panel down somewhere and remove the speaker's screws.
To replace the panel, just backtrack.

It is difficult. Battle summed it up. I got mine off on the third or fourth attempt - finally got it off. i thought i was going to rip the entire door panel off - but the clips eventually popped off. Good Luck. -S

What size speakers go in the doors? The only listings teh online stores have are 4" for teh dash and 5.25" for the rear deck. I dont think there are any speakers in my doors, yes there is a place for them, but no sound coming from the locations.

crutchfield says 6.5'' is the max.. you can go smaller and just fabricate it so they fit. I think it is stock 6.5 though.. am i wrong? im putting 6.5's in mine tomorrow
