Need Help on my 4MATIC
I dont know what the part is called right on the exhaust manifold.

I have pic of what i need that I found

The thing hanging off the front mainfold is the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve (EGR valve). If stuck open causes rough idle. Lots of info on here about it.
