93 300CE Blower Motor Regulator Replacement

93 300CE Blower Motor Regulator Replacement
Have factory manuals, but cant find procedure 83-140 air inlet cover removal, which you would also remove to take out wiper motor. Did find rest of instruction steps. Blower only runs at low speed, so changing regulator. Anyone with instructions and or photos would be very helpful to get cover off. Thanks.

Fantastic, just what I need thanks a million!! I see your in Boston, I am nearby in Sudbury, no time to be without a blower/heater. ten degrees Friday!

This is cool. About to check out a 300E tomorrow. Possibly as my 2nd spare car to use and the blower is not working I heard. Great post thanks!
