Will headlights from a 95 420E fit my 89 300 coupe?

Yes, but there will be a gap on the inside and top edges because of the different shape to accomodate the different hoods. Some people have done that and they don't care about the gap. I personally don't like it. Others have done it and used eyebrows to cover the gap.

do a search, I think natural_person posted pics of his eyebrow install. There are pics of the 94-95 headlights with a pre-94 hood so you can see the gap and there's pics with the eyebrows installed.

Personally, I think that eyebrows look best fiberglassed to the hood and painted to match.

just buying those lights should bust the budget so theyll be lucky if they get painted

Omar has those lights and he doesn't mind the gap at all - maybe he'll post a pic for you. Chris' old car had those lights, too.

You would need the 95 wiper panels, wiper motors and wiper arms.

Just shave it - get the "no wiper" panel from a 2.8. Cheaper, too.

Try your dealer, I bought two sets of those for $108 n'tax per side with corner lights just a few months ago. You won't beat that price even with immitations from china

I still have one wiper motor, both wipers, both panels, and both arms for sale, all brand new (need to buy the other motor) for a 94-95 car.

Lmao, no, Catena isnt up here in Rochester. I went to John Holtz which apparantly is pretty much the same deal. I dont know where I can go (dealership wise) to get a decent price on the 94-95 OEM lights and corners. Ugh Maybe I will try Millennium Motors (where my dad used to work). I know the parts guy there...

2 Dealerships quoted me $280 for each corner housing replacement alone and i believe it was like $360 for each headlight housing

A) because it's a mercedes part and B) because its an out of production car so all parts are special order

I was wondering.. It is possible to buy a 94/95 hood to complement the gap right? Or would that just not work?

Yes sir, they are available primed and ready on ebay. You just have to get the grille chrome surround and the insert on your own, and the pull arm for the hood release. Small things that are also available on ebay. I am considering them very much.
