Trunk panel...

Trunk panel...
I am not sure what year the w124 started to come out with this but that doesnt really matter...The piece that i am talking about is the panel that goes on the outside of the trunk lid and goes behind the license plate...older w124's did have this panel....What i want to know is how do i take it off? It rattles too much cause of my subs so i want to cushion it up....any help would be great...btw, i took off the four screws that are behind the license plate but i dont know what else to do....
