2001 c320 - 2002 ml55 - 2011 c300 - 2014 slk350 - 2015 cla45
rear ended...
this side of the rear and tail light has been replaced/rear ended like 3 times.... this side is cursed...

going to take the body shop 2 weeks to fix.... and going to cost the other dudes insurace $3400...

i have other cars to drive during that 2 weeks...... so i will not need a rental... am i bad for trying to collect insurance money for the cost of a 2 week car rental?

No because I charged up my insurance company and the party who hit me awhile ago for my rental. I wasn't going to pay 2G's for it.

Sorry about the bit of damage to your car!
Well, I'd either get a rental car or just leave it....don't think you have grounds to ask for the money otherwise (at least in the UK)
