Intrax or Vogtland?

Ok, so I've been waiting 2 months for my springs and the response I got yesterday was that the order was put in and there is no way to contact the german supplier because they don't have human operators just computers So I pulled the deposit.

Anyway looks like I will be going the ebay route. I have contacted 2 sellers for both Intrax and Vogtland and they have said that 5 business days to reach the great white north. Price is about the same after shipping. Only advantage price wise is Intrax guy is willing to ship as gift which would save me some cash at the border (how much no one knows as the brokers seem to pull numbers out of their asses when it comes to brokerage fees)

Anyway, what spring do you guys suggest? Vogtlands seem to be the favorite. Do the Intrax go as low as the Vogtlands? I'm just kinda worried the brokerage fees for them will shoot them up $60-$70

Intrax is the lowest drop for a W124...I have intrax and she's slammed.

Hey Zorro,

Thanks for the quick reply! Didn't know you were running intrax on your 124. I may have to go that route just so I don't get bent over by UPS. Are you running spring pads? I was thinking of running no pads but judging by your car intrax go low enough for 18's.

Sidenote: what size wheels are you running and offset? Rubber? I managed to find a set of 18'' AMG's that I will be picking up on Sat. Too bad I didn't have the springs too!
