Stuff I want
Okay
This year I finish the Cabriolet as next year I need to completely redo my 6.9, so here is the last stuff that I am looking for if you have it I have cash...I know most of the stuff I will only find in Dreams but what the heck.
1. Burlwood/black Steering wheel
2. Burlwood Shift Knob
3. AMG pedal set
4. Windscreen
5. Hardtop_yes I know check Germany but what the heck you never know
This is for a W124 Cabriolet--everything except the windscreen and hardtop can come off of any W124 Sedan-Coupe-wagon-cabriolet

I have a burlwood SW. It was tan, but I used leather dye to make it black. I might consider letting it go. It is a w140 wheel so you will have to mod the guts a little bit for the horn to work the same. It has to do with the way that it is grounded. It's not new, but it is in fine shape. I had it on my 400E

Where I have been looking on the net for months for a Burlwood Wheel & shift know for a w124 and have come up empty...I just lucked on got an AMG pedal set and exhaust tips combo on ebay-I doubt it is real AMG but looks exactly like the stuff I have pics of...
I can find a Zebrano shift knob for a w124 but zero on Burlwood. The w140 burlwood wheel in on many sites but not for the W124----what if any is teh big difference..I want a W124 wheel, unless the W140 looks exact..

the w140 wheel looks exactly the same, there is just a slight difference on the inside with the way the inner horn ring/airbag bracket mounts to the wheel. All the bolts etc are in the same places. I don't have it here with me now, but I could get some photos if you are interested. I believe I used a w202 SW horn ring/airbag bracket to convert it. It wasn't hard at all.

I figured the AMG twin exhaust tips usually sell for $150.00, so another $70.00 for the pedal set is not that bad...or is it? I don't really need the exhaust tips as I am running a single pipe, but now that they are coming I will try to use them to keep all AMG look....

The AMG/Sport pedals don't have any form of AMG logos anywhere. I'll post pictures of mine later. It can be purchased from the dealer for around 40-50 bucks for an entire set.

I gave up on the dealer, if you have part number sthat would be great, I gave them 3 different AMG vehicle Vin numbers ordered pedals waited time and again while the wrong stuff was delivered.....Every Single piece I have added has been Real AMG stuff and hate to cheapen the car with fake stuff.I have another 10 items for the Cab that is Real AMG stuff so with all the things i am adding only the pedals are fake...I even have real AMG exhaust tips but they are E55 and a bit too rounded for the squared of w124....
In short Part number and I will grab a real set....Looks like i am down to the Hardtop.
