Trouble starting 300(C)E
I have tried all different grades of gas as well as valve cleaners which have not helped.
Any suggestions??
*Bad fuel accumulator
*clogged fuel filter.
*defective fuel distributor
*Bad plugs/distributor cap/rotor/plug wires
*Defective Cold start valve
*Vacuum leak
and others.

As the problem you are describing can have many causes. It is, at the same time, very likely or very unlikely that your first attempt will be the once resolving the issue.
I would have a good diagnostic done first by an experienced Mercedes shop. If the car did not have a good tune-up in the last 25,000mi.or so, this would be a good start.

*shot temp-sensors, or broken wires of those
*defective backflow valve of the fuel pump
If you are a DIY than start with the simple things like new plugs, check the plug wires, the distributor cap and the rotor, new airfilter, check temperature sensors and their wiring, vacuum leaks in the intake system, function of the cold start valve. Anything beyond that requires more diagnosis tools, such as fuel pressure measurements or checking and replacing the fuel pump and fuel filter (big mess!!!).
If your are no DIY at all than go for Jackd advise and see a mechanic who knows MB well.
Good luck.
