Oh man...and I thought I was finally catching on to the hip new gen by realizing that you put your rim size there (or on the rear window in font 100k). 
Now I see that I was all wrong....that's where the top speed goes! (Warp 124)

My friend this is really the best-engineered car ever made in my opinion!!...however, I never knew that before I bought my baby, a 300CE 1989 which opened my eyes to the fantasy world of Mercedes-Benz...the car is a marvel but I have a small problem I felt I should discuss it with Mercedes experts like you guys, the car tends to stagger when I push on the gas, at the same time I smell fuel smell when this happen. what should i do?!

Congrats on the nice car and welcome. The CE is a beautiful car and from what I know so far the W124 is a great platform. However, it's a machine and needs human intervention/care as it ages.
My advice to you is to start a new thread with a short description of your issue in the subject line.

dis was my 1st thread so u understand..anyhow the car stagers and seems to want to cut of when i push da gas..but on higher speeds it runs fine, somone told me to change injectors
