If it is getrag 1st gear would be down to the left, making 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th in an H so when your on the track you dont have to leave the h pattern. The advantages of the 16V diff would be able to get that thing sideways haha. ASD diffs only only one wheel to spin when even try to burnout and also cut down power to prevent any sideways action, thus why the C36 I had, although with a lot more power than a stock 16V cossie, was half as fun to drive. The gearing would also be different being i your favor

I'm digging the steering wheel.

That's a gorgeous car, my friend. Glad to see another manual car here, it was getting lonely. :P

Well it's been along time since this got updated over that time a few more jobs done since.

Completed a full engine rebuild new engine mounts + brakes

Sourced a tow cover and had front bumper repainted and refurbished grille and fitted new brakes brake lines & wheel bearings

Brought + refurbed another set of wheels as the offsets were way better so I could fit bigger tyres 8x17 on front 9x17 rear.

and been enjoying it since

I don't think you'll be happy with it now having spent so much money.
I think the best thing for everyone is you let me take it off your hands and ship it to purgatory, sorry Australia where it can live out it's days rusting in someone's backyard.
I'm sure you would be much happier with a Hyundai Veloster, new and full of gadgetry ! Not to mention great mileage !
Yes that's probably the best thing to do.
I'll send you my address for the shipping container to be delivered too !

Impressive..nothing appeals to me like a period correct build...

Gives it more value to a serious enthusiast/collector...
Great work !!!!

Now I see it Stormtigers

Those BBS wheels in silver do look great on the car. Now, once again, the opportunities seem endless.

Good luck,
Send pics from Singapore...
