Friday night i was coming home from this party, and decided to stop and get some fast food (taco bell). The drive thru line was way too long so i opted to go inside...and when i got back on the road...i heard this whining noise that started out quiet and then turned to almost ear-piercing coming from my drivers side rear speaker...and smelt burning plastic. When I got home, i was looking at it, testing it, and figured out it's something with my antenna...it wouldnt extend on my 94 e320...so i disconnected the plug my benz mechanic/friend told me to...and it is just useless now until i get the new part...has this ever happend to you?

It's never happened to me but maybe that's because there are no Taco Bells in the UK?
