Can anyone help me with some torque specs?

Doing a valve job on my '90 300E M103 engine (unexpectedly.) Can someone give me the torque specs for the following:

Head Bolts
Intake manifold bolts
Exhaust manifold bolts
Cam gear bolts

Thanks ahead of time for the help.

Head bolts 70Nm stage 1, then angle tighten 90° stage 2 and 90° stage 3. N.B. Follow strict sequence of loosening and tightening the bolts (as you may well know already).

Camshaft-cover bolts 15Nm.

Can't find the others in either the Haynes manual or the MB tech data handbook.

intake, exhaust and cam are just to a tight point, there is no specific torque. The head is the one that is precise. Make sure you use the right bolts for it and make sure you the proper washers if need be. Most bolts do not need the washer, the ones that have that are fat at the bottom, the ones that are not tappered out need washers. Very important to get it right.

All of the head bolts I removed from the head had washers.
