Problem Starting
Hi Everyone,
I've got a weird problem with my W124 E280 (1994).
After the engine has been running (lets say warmed up for a while or has been driven for a while) and then the ignition is switched off, when I try to restart, the engine won't run. You can hear the starter motor but nothing is happening. However, after waiting a couple of minutes, and then restarting the engine will start with no problems. I've changed the following items but it still has this problem.
Car has still only travelled 103,000 km
- Fuel Pump
- Fuel Pump Relay
- Oil Filter
- Fuel sensor
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this problem, me and my mechanic friend are stumped.
