Those wires are so you can blink your turn signals to find your car.
Don't bother to hook them up (just remember where you parked your car). Cause it's a pain cause you have to run a wire from under rear right seat to near steering column or emergency flasher switch.

The remote lock also blinks the turn signals to let you know you've locked your car. You can hook a little buzzer to the brown wire (and ground) and leave it under the rear seat for that purpose.

i hooked my wires up where the actual lights are in the engine bay....might not look the best, but i have them hidden and it does the trick, plus it only took a few minutes....something to consider

thanks for the replay! do you think you can go into a little more detailed about where the wires are located and where you connect the diodes?
thanks a bunch for your time!

I just ran the wires into the engine bay....i didn't hook mine up to the turn signal wires, i hooked mine up to the parking lights....and since I did it that way, i didn't really worry about diodes. If you hook them up to the turning signals, and your alarm only has one blinker output, you would need to put a diode on before connecting the two blinker wires, or both of your signals will flash when turning the turn signal on

I am not sure if your car has similar wiring, (I would assume it probably does) but there are a few wires leading to the blinkers. Its a simple test to see which wire is controlled by the blinkers, or by the parking lights. I had thought about hooking them up to my fog lights, but thought that would be too annoying and use too much power....so i just kept what I have gotten

Good luck!
