Anyone track their W124?
I've done many a track day from performance driving schools to Solo 1, but not since owning my 90 300e - but miss the rush of pushing a car safely around a track.
I wouldn't be out there to set any fastest laps, but curious how a w124 would do. Mine is already lowered, so feel the suspension is ready, but think the brakes could use an upgrade. What special upgrades did you do to make yours track ready.

I have tracked my 500E several times at HPDEs and MBCA National Events. I can think of about 100 other cars that are better suited but I do it anyway...its good the stretch the car out (IMO)...and break swaybar links !! 
When I first did it with the 500E, all I did was pump up the tire pressures and bled thru new brake fluid (Ate Super Blue). Basically that's all I do now...now that the suspension, brakes and rims/tires are more track-friendly.
Best mod of all though ...'CG-lock' for the seatbelts.

You can take your car out to Toronto Motorsports Park in Cayuga. They have lap days and exotic car days. I was trying to get out there this year, but didn't get the turbo kit in, plus wouldn't mind getting an extra set of wheels and tires before going.
