W124 brake pads - What's best ?
I need new pads for my '90 300E. What is the best pad for good stopping performance and least dust generation, the Pagids, Mintex, or Textar?

Depends...what do you use the car for? Street only? Some auto-xes and track once in a while?
EBC greens I like and can do double duty quite well enough....LOW dust they are and relatively cheap as compared to Pagids and Porterfields, which are excellent from what I hear but pricey (IMO). Textars are also good, I run them on my cabby.

I bought a set of Beck Arnleys from Advance auto about 2 years ago and they are dust free and have been working fine! Now if your going racing well thats another thing!!

08 Lexus GS350 AWD. 08 Lexus RX350 AWD - wife's. 94 MBZ E320 - still have it.
"Green Stuff" all the way! the best pads I ever had. Last twice as long and not anywhere near as dusty as the rest. I think Tirerack carries them.
