What rearview mirrors would work in a w124. I want to due the conversion you did but their are a few mirrors to choose 99CLK430, 99c280, 98eclass. would they all work?

Yes, they all should work, there are different options, some have alarm LED's in them, some have map lights and some are electronically controlled (side to side and up/down) The mounts are all the same though. The simple ones are the easiest to wire up, less wires to deal with.

Well Sir I went with the one from a 99clk it has the ability to adjust its position. Also the color is close if not the same a mine. So it cost me 130 shipped. I might have some more Q's for you when it comes in but for now Thank you for you web site it has been most helpful. I plan on doing most of your upgrades, sprinkled with a good bit of Zorro's. It should be an adventure at the very least.

You most likely will need to take the whole thing apart to figure out what wires go to what, unless you can find a correct wiring diagram for it, I have not had any luck in that dept though. You will have wires for the auto dimming mirror, homelink and the servo motors to adjust the mirror.
