I am the design engineering manager for a semiconductor company that manufactures the machines that make computer chip wafers (6", 8" & 12"). Most of my career has either been in aerospace or automotive engineering however. I guess I must be a "senior" member of this group huh? LOL.

I only leave the real work for weekends, like working on cars. I dropped the tail shaft of a c4 transmission on my arm yesturday but i didn't break it, just got a big bruise.

1994 Mercedes Benz E420 w124
Student at Western Michigan University with a BA in English and eventually an MBA in Finance.

Work summers for event/exhibit builders on the road (Camp Jeep!) and have been known to work as a cook in a family friend restaurant over the holidays.

My other car is a 98 Honda CR-V. The only advantages it has over my E420 is the hardwired satellite radio, AWD, and no bloody ASR.

I'm torn between the two because I love the Benz but was given the CR-V. It's like trying to choose between two puppies, even though obviously there's no contest when it comes to awesomeness.

1988 260E
Student at Western Washington University, studying Business supply chain management.

I also work part time as an engineer assistant for Janicki industries. We manufacture composite molds for the marine, aerospace, and transportation industries with 4, 5-axis milling machines. We did the carbon fiber mold for the fuselage of the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner. It’s pretty cool stuff.

Well the real reason is that I have acquired a liking to political science and various humanities my first year in college. My family is full of lawyers and my uncle told me he would be willing to hand down the law firm my grandfather started when I graduate. In the USA everyone sues and everyone wants money.
