95' AMG SeeThreeSix
I'm still stuck on the cheap way out. I was looking at these 18x8's:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-8-...QQcmdZViewItem
# Size: 18x8"
# Offset: 29mm
to fix the offset can I add 6 or 7 mm spacers to be around a total 35 or 36mm offset?
with the 18x8's I wont have to be worrying as much about fender rubbing right?

No, those won't fit. Offset doesn't work like that unless you have something like 44mm. When you add spacers it will make the offset go down to 23mm or 22mm. 18x8 won't rub with an offset from 35-40mm.
less offset = the wheel goes out
more offset = wheel goes in more
less offset = the wheel goes out
more offset = wheel goes in more

Berti,
Are you going to take pics of the panels on the car before you put the side skirts on? Please do, would like to see what it looks like.

well i got them at the junk yard and i've been seeing more newer w124 there. I took a set of door panels with the leather inserts in palomino for $39 but i sold them on craigslist like an hour after i posted the ad. Next time i go i'll get them if i find some. If you have any more parts you're looking for let me know.
