Finally.. (pics)

Hey!
Just had my car lowered again. No spring pads whatsoever, got some high pressure hose to fit over the first 2 coils on the springs, works great.
Also has new lights, new stereo (100% redone) etc etc.. Couldn't find anything else to replace on the car, not even a piece of plastic
Now, the final step would be the respray. But this would have to wait a few months when I would be free to sort it out.
Here comes the pics, for now!

Cheers!

ebay.de mate!!
I had to wait for them though I think the seller special ordered them or something. I saw them being advertised elsewhere but they never have them in stock.
My mech told me he can probably source them from Taiwan however I am unsure how much it would cost to ship to Hong Kong then to US.

Cheers for the comments!!
I didn't know everyone liked those lights! I thought it was my weird taste getting the better of me again hahaha.. I sure will get day time pics ASAP.

Regarding the springs, I took off the bump 2 pads that was originally on the front springs and replaced it with a high pressure hose. The hose is around 3-5mm thick but I did get a noticeable drop in the front. The car now tucks the top bit of the tire nicely and no rubbing whatsoever.
What I'm less satisfied about is the rear height. I did the same but there seems to be minimal lowering. I used to have bump 1 pads on there but I think it has lowered it, say, 5mm? It is lower for sure, but not enough. The rear is noticeably higher than the front.

Anyone know how to make the rear go even lower?

Just took a closer look.

It looks like someone put the headlight wipers on the wrong end of the car

With the way our govt and economy handles fiscal responsibility.. I wouldn't hold your breath on better exchange rates.

Hey all,
Sorry I've been really busy with everything. I did get better pics of my car in the day-time but I guess they are now unnecessary! I've posted the pics anyway!

Thanks for the comments about my car and the new interior. The leather does smell nice however, they get dirty really easily. Especially my A B C pillars and the suede on my seats ().

Oh and I can get the lights cheaper than on the German eBay. I got them from ebay.de but I did find out afterwards that they can be had for less! It's actually a saving on shipping since the car is in Hong Kong. Oh and yes I do love the lights. They have the stock design but with a much more modern look. Subtle and discreet! Very nice indeed. The lense is made of glass too!!

Anyway, enjoy the pics (apologies with 1 of the pics. My better half refused to get off the car cux it was a chilly day)! Cheers!

P.S. those are yes backing up/parking sensors. They were optional equipment back in 1993 when my parents ordered the car. I am 99% sure it was my mom who opted for them! They are going off soon, real soon. I'll put better ones on (i.e. those that go behind the bumpers and don't show up at all)
