...It's an old post, I wonder if Benzboy is still selling his custom m103 headers ; otherwise Bekkers used to sell them ; http://www.bekkers.com - but I don't know if they still do, and if so they're stupid expensive.
Another old post; but you could ask him if he still has it for sale:

Bekkers makes one ; but again - it's pretty expensive. I'd like to hear from some one whom has a performance header on their m104 / m103 ; and their opinion but remember that in general adding larger headers / exhaust manifolds will reduce your low end torque, and increase your higher RPMs so this would not be for everyone obviously. This link is for the 24v m104 ; as it's the same in the c280. It's stainless - but it's going to set ya back a whopping $1,718..

then of course you could go with the Supersprint ; it's a bit cheaper @ $1,420 :

damn. you'd think there would be a manufacturer in europe who sells them for a few hundred. we need to find someone on here who speaks german who can call up german speed shops and give us the low down on what they have access to.

I just got my exhaust put on (magnaflow high flow cat and a flowmaster 50 series muffler - sounds amazing) and I was going to have the shop give me 2.5inch tube all the way back from the manifold, but they said that if I did the O2 sensor would probably be affected by the lack of the pre-cats. So I went with 2.5 from the new cat the rest of the way. Anyway my point is that unless you buy headers that will have the same charactoristics as stock (two pre-cats) and a spot for your O2 sensor to plug in you are running the risk of setting off the check engine light and therefore losing any performance you might stand to gain from a new exhaust. I wish i had a camera for a sound clip because this thing sounds *******g amazing.

My RENNTech 3.6L had stock looking manifolds with the exception of ceramic coating. I believe they were internally enlarged probably by an Extrudehone method. That may be more cost effective depending on what your performance goal is...
