Angry Engine not working when warm

The problem is that when engine gets warm it shuts down. When it's cold it starts fine. Sparkplugs are new and the airfilter also. I think the fuel mixture is too rich. But how can I fix it, where to start?

I know my english is bad.. learning...

Look at your distributor cap and see if its covered in buildup, better yet replace it if its old. Also check your O2 sensor. You can retrofit a V8 Mustang 5.0L 02 sensor except you will have to splice it in (BOSCH Part # 13953) ( http://www.mercedessource.com/node/244 )
