Car Horn..
So Today as im driving down a Main Street in my Suburb Some idiot comes flying out in front of me from a side street, So anyways Ive almost hit him and In my Response Ive Blasted my horn...
I've Never Really Used my horn much before, but today i realised how crappy it sounds
Is It Just Me or is Anybody Else Disappointed with the Stock horn?
It's Like a Squeaky 1920's car horn you see off the movies
My Mums BMW 318i's Horn is so loud and Intimidating i wish my cars horn sounded like that

It's not crappy, just european. That horn is the way mercedes have sounded for decades. My 108 sounds almost the same way. On my TE though I changed out the horns for models from a 95 e420 which sound more like trumpets than kazoos. Try a parts yard for a 94-95... maybe even a 93.

The horns on my 1991 300CE sounded much more authoritative than the horns on my '95 Kombi. It seems MB "Americanized' the horns in the later model MBs.
My CLK55 had crappy horns too and it was the first thing I changed!
