Funny you should say that in a thread about dissing custom modded cars
There's nothing wrong...at all...about getting some nice looking projectors for your whip. I think it "modernizes" the look of the car actually. But I guess we all have our opinions on what looks good, and what doesn't.
But I think Zorro's have to my favorite projectors out there.

Now you know what I'm talking about, I'm glad we agree.
Besides if anyone has any idea or taste in these cars, mirror turn signals and such stuff is defenetly not the way to go, IMHO I think you want to have a 124 looking modern a bit, but defenetly not have it loose it's popular european 90's look...

Yep, I was on my way back from a road trip and got my buddy to snap the shots. If you look close enough you can see that the Kid has even adopted the Peter Parker Geek Look. It was quite funny but I think we made his week by taking the photos.
LOL I've seen people taking pictures of my car at stoplights in other benzes...it makes me pretty happy actually...
I dont know, around here everyone that sees me, and they're driving a benz, I ALWAYS get a nod or a wave...pretty sweet. I'm sure this happens everywhere else though

Yes, you are part of the club. Also, I find that alot of us older benz drivers are running with the yellow fogs at night, so I know where my people are at :P
Seriously though, pretty nice job painting the car. Its certainly unique

I am sure before it was a rolling rust collector it was a really nice looking car. It is just something that would have looked better on hot little two door sports something.
Most pimped out minibus ever.

W124 Newbie
Hey Guys I'm a newbie here. I recently bought a 1992 w124. Champaigne color. I want to do something with it. First of all. I'm looking for a suspension kit. Maybe a coilover, any advice. Websites, brands etc. Also I'm going to put the euro headlights with the led tailights. But, my main question is I want to change the color because what i'm thinking is getting a bodykit and painting it into black, but I don't really want to spend too much. Any idea where I could get a hookup? I live in Cali, Los Angeles, Rowland Heights are. Please let me know. I need advice. I'm not very knowledgable with mercedes. I used to own BMW e46.
