Wagon Value

I am thinking about selling my 94 E-320 wagon as I have too many cars. I am trying to come up with a fair price. Here are the positives followed by the negatives. I have owned it for 4+ years and it has 171,000 miles.

Positives
Green with tan interior, good shape could use a cleaning
wiring harness and head gasket done about 4-5 years ago.
Drivetrain excellant no leaks does not use any oil, A/C works fine,Aftermarket CD. I do not beleive the car has ever been damaged, Decent Michein tires with about 50% left.

Negatives
Left rear window track is bad, Drivers door key does not work and the door stay is broken and prevents the window from going down the last 1/3. Both bumpers need to be repainted along with the 1/4 panel cladding. there is a repairable hole in rear bumper cover.
The car has an electrical drain which pulls the battery flat if it is not driven in 2-3 days.
The car drives great and gets about 24 mpg on highway.

Am I off base to think it is worth $2-2,500 as is and maybe $2,500-3000 if I fix the windows and battery issue? I am in St. Louis.
Thanks

That is reasonable.

Sounds very fair to me. Does it have ASR? How's the body rust?

There is no way I'd sell mine for $3K, and I have 160K miles on it.

I have a '95 with 137k miles and I wouldn't take less than $5k. My car doesn't have your car's issues, though. Does your car look rough? If not, you should start with a $3,500 price and see what happens. If you end up selling it for $2500 at the end of the day you'll still be happy. This way you'll have wiggle room.
