So Last week i Bought a Tow Hook cover From the Wreckers, coming home from work I parked My car in the Driveway last night as Usual and in the Morning I come out to find that someone Had Stolen the Tow hook Cover i had bought just last week

What in the world would compel someone to Steal a tow hook cover?

This Infuriates me as i had no tow Hook cover for over a year and i finally get around to Getting one and then its Stolen i swear if i find the person responsible so help me god....

Has this Ever Happened to anyone else or is this just a one off

Did it have a BENZ logo on it? Understand that there is a whole section of the population who will just take something because they can. Especially if it has a nice benz start emblem on it. It is why I haven't been to quick to replace my hood star. Sorry to hear about the theft. On the bright side the rest of your car was still there.

This happens all the time. In America they sell many of them with locks. The problem is that they won't get caught and if they do they won't be seriously punished. If we started lopping off fingers of thieves it would greatly reduce theft.

And start having little nubby smudge marks over the whole car. Bad people will always do bad things, no matter whether all appendages are present or not. Likewise, destitute people with no other option will always resort to desperate measures, and will most likely recieve a punishment that they may not deserve.

And glue a bunch of glass to the back of it and sharpen your hood star to a razors edge.

Time for some CSI investigating. Pin in on them and make them pay for it. Fill out the pilice report. People who act ignorant should be treated as ignorant. Have the police visit them about the threats. That is so not necessary.

I plan to file a report. I have his threats recorded...

So this should be pretty good! I think I'll make him pay for a whole new paint job, which I planned on anyway around this time. Any suggestions to what color? lol

Send it to Germany and have it repainted at the factory. Tell them no local body shop is going to be able to re-paint it to factory specs. MB clearcoat never peels, I've heard.

And the truth is, I dumped her and broke her heart because she cheated on me, and now she's a lesbian!

Think its a possiblity that it just maybe. Fell off while driving? unless you actually used the plastic straps to secure it, it could have easily been dislodged by a set of railroad tracks or a speedbump...

Joke dude. Though my father inlaw new a guy that got two radios stolen so he lined the back of it with razor blades. He woke up the next morning with a trail of blood going away from his car and the radio sitting on his seat. Never had another break into his car.
