Loose Shift

I have an 87 260E. The shift lever feels very loose and makes a clunking noise when shifting. Any Ideas where I should look to fix this?

There are 2 shift linkage bushings that you need to replace. Very inexpensive and relatively easy to replace. Both are replaced from under the car

How do you replace the bushings? Also I assume you have to get them from a dealer. What should I tell them I am looking for?
