Weekend shots of the Benz
well here it is guys, finally some shots with the new wheels and suspension installed. Im not as low as i would like to be but between clearance problems and drivabilty it will stay like this. I wish the rear was a bit lower, but to fit 11" wide wheels with a wicked offset as these has been nothing but a nightmare. In the end of course it paid up (i think).
BTW: im running H&R springs on KYB Sport shocks, and OZ 3-piece Futura's 18X9.5 front and 18X11 rear with 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear Pirelli P-Zero NERO.

Enzo, my Benzo
Andre, huge fan of all your cars but perfect to me would be if the rear stretch was the same as the front...
Of course it's your car and personal preference.......RAD stuff man!!

I was wondering what you would have to do to make those wheels fit in back and I guess I have my answer. Looks wicked!
Cant wait for some more serious pictures to show off how aggresive your front end looks.

Rears look dangerous as it appears that you've exceeded the max rim width recommended by the tire manufactuer....
Wouldn't want to drive a car that produces torque like yours with that rear setup.
Rather be safe and have a car that handles then be a "victim to fashion"
You have no working sidewall, which is the first and very important item in your suspension.
You've hampered your suspensions handling capabilities.

Your car is cool as hell man, but I must be pretty old school, because I simply don't get the extreme-stretch fad..at all. I have to agree with a few of the other guys, that the fronts look better than the rears, and the rears look super-scary.
Still though, a big congrats for the hard work, perserverence and the end result, which you obviously dig.

thanks guys i wish i could have pulled of a 275 so the stretch would have been like the front but there is no way in hell that they would not rub the quaters. I must say that i'm a very careful guy and have had cars with stretched tires in the past and got along just fine. It was really a mission to make these wheels fit especially since i needed a 25mm spacer up front and a 30mm in the back

lots of cars
You can make those fit with 265/35 with some fender work. I wouldn't dream of daily driving on those rims because your just waiting for the right pothole to bend the lips and curb them. Like RBYCC said those look dangerous because if the bead on the tire doesn't hold you'll trash those rims and maybe your car. You can go with 255/40s so you can have half inch more sidewall and even those are meant for 18x10 max.
Are those 40 bolt centers on those wheels?

W124's
Car looks very awesome bro - Different from what the normal 500 owners do in terms of wheel and tire set ups.
Glad to see you're stepping outside the box.
Any other plans for the W124?

But then again it is a 3-piece wheel which can be made wider or shorter, but going from a 11" wide to 10" wheel is like going from a 500e to a 300e
