If the car runs fine and the idle is ok and its starting well dont touch it!!!
The most I would go for are a set of good spark plugs, a new air filter and an oil change. I own two W124 260E '86 and '90 both well over 185.000 mls, and never invested in a "tune up". This was something the carburator cars needed not the fuel injected once. If the car is not performing in one or the other way it's not to be solved by what some garages sell you as a "tune up".
