Hope someone can help....gotta friend who i managed to talk into buying a mec......one problem......we put a fuel pump on it and it fired straight up, but fouled the plugs.....put a set of plugs in it and it fouled them again.....is there a way of getting the flash codes without buying and expensive tool.....i know on some cars you can short 2 pins on the data link....dont wanna mess up his "new baby"........

If u have any more questions, post them, I have an 88 260E also...the information is limited on these cars, I think all I could retrive was codes for the A/C and SRS units...
