Cd Question
I OWN A 1991 300E AND WENT THROUHG THE WHOLE PROCEDURE OF RE -WIRING THIS CAR TO RUN MY RADIO AND CD SHUTTLE.
I HAVE JUST PURCHASED A 1994 320E. (NICE CAR-BUT WAS SCHOCKED THAT THE PREVIOS OWNER HAD JUST SPENT ABOUT $4000 IN THE LAST MONTH ON THE CAR) I SEE THE AMPS IN THE TRUNK AND I DONT WANT TO DO THIS WHOLE PROCEDURE AGAIN?
WHICH CD CHANGER UNIT WILL PLUG INTO THE EXCISTING HEAD UNIT? I WOULD LIKE AFTERMARKET AS I KNOW MERC WILL BE CRAZY WITH THE PRICES?
I AM IN THE FLORIDA AREA.
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED

What kind of head unit is in their right now? Merc Benz OE? Aftermarket?
My recommendation would be to replace speakers & head unit with aftermarket stuff.
Wiring to a trunk cd changer would be a task. I recommend running cables under carpet, under rear seats, drill a hole through first aid kit (under cover) and you will connect anything there.
KEEP IN MIND, my G320 has a six cd changer, my 300E has an aftermarket Sony single MP3 player, and the 300E can hold more songs!
