I would like to upgrade the stock 15" rim and wheels to 17" AMG Monoblock II for my 93 320CE Cab. The car uses stock brake and suspension. I would like to upgrade it with H&R coil (around 1.3inch lower) and Bilstein B8 damper.

I am not sure if the following combination would fit without any problem.


1. Front: 17/7.5 (225/45-17), Back: 17/8.5 (245/40-17)
2. Front & Back : 17/7.5 (225/45-17)


Any comment?

 

We decided to use 225x45x17s on both front and rear and haven't had any problems. Even the speedometer is accurate.
