help needed! Removal of front seats

I need help with the disconnection points of all wires and hoses coming out of my 300ce's front bucket seats. I recently purchased a set of recaros im installing into this project but cant get the old ones out properly. Ive searched and to no avail, on top of the 3 repair manuals i have which show nothing on the topic

300TE / 300E / 300CE
Power raise the seat, remove any plastic cover on the seat rails, unbolt the four 10mm bolts, unbolt the seat belt guide on the tunnel, pull the long plugs and headrest power plugs under the seat, remove the seat carefully as it's heavy and make sure the rail doesn't scratch anything.

You can use the original power platform with a factory or fabricated adapter for the Recaro. This has been documented on 500ecstacy.

If you are replacing the seats with aftermarket, make sure to plug the vacuum line that allows the forward split on your original seats....
