'91 300e Checking in

Hey everybody,

Just wanted to say hi. I've just bought a '91 300e from a buddy of mine which he pretty much rebuilt about a year ago. I needed a daily driver because the M3 was suffering quite a bit and it's not really fun to constantly go sideways in the winter .

Anyway, specs are 219k km (~135k miles). Manual 5-speed. Rebuilt engine. New clutch, new bushings all around. Rust delete . 17" AMGs for the summer and 16" AMGs for the winter (Sorry, don't know the correct name yet).

Here are some pics. Be gentle, it's not the best looking car in the world, but hey, it's my DD.

Again, it's nothing special really, and i don't have any really new pics of the car yet (These were taken before winter), but i'll try to get some as soon as the weather gets nicer again.

Thanks for looking! Hope to stick around for some time

I really like your car. Especially the grill and smoke gray paint. What does the thing directly in front of the gear shift do? and what are the red things in front of the seats?

Thanks for the compliments

jwframe, i think what you're referring to is the stationary heating controls. The red things infront of the seats are fire extinguishers. This car has EVERYTHING .

Love the memory seats as well

Again, thanks for looking guys!
