LOL yeah but that's if you can obtain it somehow.

Unless someone has massive amounts of skills to replicate it from scratch.

lots of cars
The totally shaved 300 is a really cool idea. I like the look. That also would be a huge amount of work though... shaving the lower trim mounts and filling in with sheet metal, the door handles, antenna, the trim pieces on the C pillars, etc. Not to mention basically rebuilding the bumpers.
The bumpers are not the hard part because you can find similar bumpers from other cars and mold them. The only thing is the front bumper i have no idea what im going to do because i've cracked other bumpers before parking like a d!ck. I'll start Shaving the rear door handles and filling in the impact strip on the doors. Side skirts and front fenders could be a problem. I have a MIG welder at home but i don't know if i want to drive more of a ***** can that i'm already driving for a couple of months.

Anyone know where i can find all red crystal type tails?

I know. In fact the Bullit isn't even going to be made. Definitely no kit coming.

Booourns. The other option is the Expressions Motorsport W204 kit...just priced it out though....hold your nuts:

$14,000 for just the kit!!!

That plus custom fabbing and fitting and painting and installing = ghey pricezorz.

Hmmmmmmm....Fantasy 500E...fading fast. Still gonna keep looking for a good 500E....

Love the grill!!!
I like that concept too, and I think you'd be halfway there with the 500 fenders. Not to mention the built-in upgrades and premium trim level the car would come with... To quote a famous W124 enthusiast,
"Doooo it!"

My bumpers are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (written right?) and not of cheap polyurethan like most of the tuning kits ...

Are you serious? FGRP is WORSE quality than Urethane.

Get your mind right.

Yea, the cheap cr@p is described in glowing terms in their ads-
it's very well done advertising, as seen by the German's comments.

Shoulda used a bigger "bs" flag.

This is my goal but i don't know if im going to do smooth doors yet or add the cladding.
Those wheels are lowenhart LDRs but im getting Zenetti Heirs in 19x8 all around.

Very nice, I've thought of filling the side strips recess and c-pillar strip too. Shaved handles loses some real world practicality and are more common on street rods. How about adapting some flush handles from another car? I'm kind of hating the auto antenna. I'd like a BMW shark fin.

The Brabas version's bumpers look overdone to me and lose some of the w124 character. I realize it's an aggressive look but I would have something to tie the front and back like larger rocker panels or a belt-line ledge on the side cladding. I'd also like to see the exhaust through cutouts in the rear bumper. I've got to brush up on PS to show what I'm talking about...

I agree, I think you would need that "shelf" to kick the sides out, even with the bumpers, and continuity of line. This would be sort of an exaggerated W201 16V type of cladding.

I once saw pics on here of a W124 for sale, with a version of a W201 EVO 1 kit - extended front bumper/spoiler, side cladding, and extended/lower rear bumper.
IMO - the car looked odd, the wheels and fender openings looked too small and out of proportion.

You would need very aggresive looking wheels, lowered and kicked out to fill the 'wells. 19's maybe? Carlssons' like Zed's perhaps?

I have original bumpers which will not be damaged by little crashs and pumps and they wouldn't break if you hit something like a stone or else and the paint is not getting damaged by little stones.

I know about the quality of the normal tuning kids, it is still garbage.

The German, you CLEARLY know nothing about tuning kits. Brabus and AMG kits are made as strong as OEM...the DIFFERENCE is that they are lower to the ground, increasing the chance of damage if you don't know how to drive. I'm sorry your knowledge is lacking and that you are one of the few that isn't able to handle driving a lowered vehicle.

I...don't really think you've handled a quality kit like the AMG one available for these cars...maybe WALD and you're confusing the two?

lots of cars
All im saying is that you guys are taking the rendering too literal. It's impossible to make it look almost the same. I've done it with mustangs and when i see the sketch and the actual car it's not the same. My concept is something that can be done with less work than the brabus kit. You have to see how it's going to look on the car to see if you can pull it off. I try to stay within parts that are easy to make or available..

Like what didn't make the cut on my car... like the range rover sport side vents... they didn't look right...or my 300c grill... or my s10 bumper...

Is it just me or does this guy not get it?

It's simple. AMG/Brabus kits came from the factory on their cars...right? It's not like some cheap ebay body kit..So I'm thinkin, if Mercedes designed it and put them on their cars, then obviously it's not some POS milk carton crap.
