uhh yeah.
it's not cheap, not easy on a w124. i've looked into this for a couple years now..
definitely not worth it in the long run...
plus, you can only fit 16's when you bag it if you really plan on slamming it.

You'll need to weld in plates on the spring cups and lower control arm. Get shorter sport shocks so you won't bottom them out. Get new shock mounts for the front and do 1/4" lines because 1/2" lines are too fast. Google for w140s with bags and it's almost the same setup. I've done air ride suspensions on mustangs but those where strut bags for the front and regular bags for the rear on a 5 link suspension...
