!!!Something Went Clunk!!! Please please help!!!
I was driving today and as i went round a corner i heard something go clunk! i had a look under the car an i saw that something had snapped. have a look it doesnt look that difficult to do my self but i dont know what the part is. if anyone has any help that would be great.
its on the driver side which is the right, please help
i cant live without my car.
if you look at the photo its the bolt next to the alternator that has snapped.

That really is a rusty old piece of crap. It is amazing to me to see how flimsy the swaybar brackets really are, considering I am just about to buy new bigger swaybars and stiffer bushings to go in those brackets. When I see things like this sometimes it makes me think it is almost pointless to truly consider fixing my aging beauty. Am I stupid to buy bigger swaybars for 1995 E320? 
I think it only costs about $6.00 US, so don't bother welding. They might give them away almost free if you have Euros.

right well i looked everywhere for this part an couldnt find it, so i went to the MB main dealer which said they would order one in. said it would take a day so went there this afternoon an the dumb *** bloke had not ordered it!!! can you believe it thats at a main dealer aswell!
but some good came of it as the bloke said due to my trouble they would get the part, an fit it for FREE!! yes thats right FREE. so my faith was lost for all of about 10 seconds and then was restored as Mercedes Benz as the best car manufacturer in the world!lol
so my car is off the road for a couple of days but its all good!lol
jus thought i would share with you all.
