95 E320 Cab front-end upgrade to W210?

I've seen pics on the web -- what is involved in this change? How much does it/would it cost? Does anyone on the east coast do it?

Thank in advance,
Scott

Enzo, my Benzo
It looks cool in the pics and may in real life but they use all OEM parts and knowing how expensive headlights, hoods fenders and bumpers are from your dealer, imagine the prices with a lift so the company makes money, add the price of installation and painting, where only a couple of shops would probably undertake such a project, then you will have a mixture of a w210 retrofitted oddly to a w124 which is arguably the last of the real benz...I'd save your money and put a turbo and an AMG body kit all around for probably the same price. or do wheels and buy the 500E sway bars

Bottom line in my opinion, it would look cheesy and people who don't know benzes would say, WOW what a neat mercedes but whats with the rear end and those that do would say it is sacreligious

Thumbs down Sacrilegious, buy a 1996

I have to agree with ZorroAMG. Sacrilegious! What is the point? Just go buy a 1996 and free your mind. I wouldn’t want my absolutely beautiful 1995 E320 W124 to look like those W210s. What are you thinking?

I actually agree with y'all

It was my wife who wants it. But I've convinced her otherwise.

Also its a cabriolet which isn't available in the 1996 (or any new) style.

But it will stay as-is!

Lightbulb The CLKs are very trendy.

The cabriolet is so beautiful as it is. I think it is great that you are not going to change it. Could your wife be happy with a convertible CLK. They are quite nice. They seem to be the rage lately. The CLKs are very trendy.

Actually she loves the E320.

Actually she loves the E320. I'm doing some updates to it (17" wheels, possible new suspension, new lights etc), but she wants to keep the E320.

Fine with me, as my Porsche 996 cabriolet keeps me plenty happy.
