I've got the RDMTEK front and rear camber kits/camber plates on my 500E, I got my alignment nearly perfect (-1degree at all four corners, with H&R springs).
Austin,

I want to try out the KMAC kit first then if I still don't like it, I'll check yours out or maybe Len's too as he has some available for these cars.

I bought the KMAC kit last Friday so it should be here next week...we'll see after the install

Guys, I know of someone who is selling the KMAC kit if anyone is interested - It's just sitting around collecting dust.

The K-Mac kit is weld on right? how hard is it to "undo" the addition of the K-Mac camber kit if it makes too much noise after install?

There is no welding. See the picture for a W124 that installed both camber and toe bushings from K-MAC. The K-MAC bushings use an eccentric bolt embedded in a red polyurethane bushing for both the camber and toe. My 1995 E320 already had the same eccentric type of thing for toe adjustment that was stock from Mercedes, which to me seemed a perfect validation of the concept. I only installed the lower control arm bushings. Actually, I paid someone else to install the bushings and they said the hardest thing was getting the old bushings out.

You can buy the bushing directly from K-MAC.

What is everyone on here using to adjust their camber issues?

KMAC?

RDMTEK?

Nothing?

I am using SPC Performance rear camber bushings (just released 4-5mo ago). I have put nearly 13,000 miles on them with no issues so far. They are HD rubber as opposed to the K-Mac kit which is red urethane. With Eibach Springs and Bilstein Sports, my car rides very nicely. It brought the negative camber in the rear from -3.5 to -1.2~.

If you are interested in the SPC bushings, PM ME, I can get them....they are nearly half as much as the K-MAC kit too .

I just bought the KMAC kit the other day for $289 online. I'll try to post pictures on the install and the results before and after once I get them on.

I've got Kmac on my cabrio. They're alright, at the time that was all that was available and I paid an arm and a leg for them direct for Australia.
When I do it again I will got with RMDTEK components. For the rear control arms there are less moving parts than the Kmac kit. A member from 500Ect said he heard creaking with the Kmac kit coming from his rear, switch to the RDMTEK control arms and it was gone.

I just got the benzboy arms in. Negative camber was MEAN with the stagged mono II's and intraxs in but tire wear was also mean. Just got a appointment at a specialty shop as no one will touch a lowered Mercedes around here. So far (with camber adjustments by eye) they solve the problem. However now that my allready wide rears are stuck out another .5-1" my fenders are going to need some attention big time.
