Are there low temp fog light bulbs? H3 style??
I thought about trying something new when I replaced my foglights a few days ago so I unclipped the plastic housing and removed the yellow case housing or casing that makes the foglights yellow and love how much brighter and visible the view was with a bright white bulb. After driving the car home after work I noticed that the housing for those lights were very very hot and knowing that that can melt the plastic housing eventually I haven't used the lights since. I wanted to know are there H3 style foglight bulbs out there that are low temp? I mean the lighting was a very big improvement.

Your output may not be too fantastic at that wattage, but I guess having the shroud removed may mitigate it.
Who knows :P
Can you do a side by side comparison shot when you install the 35w bulb in the one housing? Be interesting to see just for info's sake.

No idea. My experience is basically OEM Osram bulbs vs Silverstars vs (soon MTECs). So far, the Silverstars are a fair bit brighter than the OEM Osram bulbs (not just color temp), and apparently the MTECs beat out the Silverstars by a bit. Anyway, AFAIK Silverstars and MTECs are 55w or above only :\
