AMG bumper impact strip???

AMG bumper impact strip???
Guys I bought a rear AMG bumper off ebay last year and now finally ready to put t on but from the looks of it the upper lips of the bumper are warping/drooping and won't stay up straight all the way across. Is there something I was suppose to do or order to fix this?

Post a picture of it, especially the side that mounts to the body.

If im not mistaken arent there 3 phillips head screws on each side of the impact strip that you bolt in from the inside of the bumper?
