WIDEBODY TEASE...

Joef's front fenders cut down and overlayed the original fender.
A bit of a Clive Barker "Hellraiser" look....

Body kit due in about two weeks...
If all goes well, hopefully completed and painted by mid - late August.
Using OEM sheetmetal on the front was easier then initially imagined.

Hopefull the rear 911SC stampings will move as quick.

Doing a much more detailed thread in the UK.
Getting much info from the UK as one of the two known Stratton's cars is still around.
Also an original C124 AMG widebody kit is sitting in storage.
Present owner bought it from Duncan Hamilton's when they liquidated all the AMG parts many years ago

I ended up purchasing an Extreme Dimensions coupe kit.
Supposedly it is a replica of the AMG GEN I kit.
If it appears as the pix, we will make it work !!!
Probably will overlay it to modified existing front and rear bumpers.
This will give true factory mounting points, retain the impact assembly and with a bit of "trickery" stretch the kit to match the wide body arches

This is what must be covered in the rear...10" wide with a modified negative 7 offset !

What is this kit?
Breathtaking project here. As original owner, and with your accumulating history, this is a very unique story. Magazine worthy.
Your UK post just stole 30 minutes of my day.

I have seen pictures of this kit and the stamped part numbers, as of now, only one is known to be left and its in the possession of a person in the UK.
