300E anti-lock problem

1986 300e
300E anti-lock problem
I have a 1986 300E with 146k on it. The car is great except for the brakes. When rolling at low speeds, the anti-lock sensor goes off and the brakes shutter. This is only at low speeds though, for example when going down my driveway, the anti lock goes off as if the brakes are locking up. This has never happened at a high speed. Is there anyway i can fix this, or does anyone know what the problem is?

I would just disable the ABS. It doesn't really make a whole big difference.

I'm having the same problem with my 87 300E, save for the fact that my ABS light does not come on, but my brakes shutter at low speeds.
