Question Where to find ... front "anti-noise" cover?

I ran over a box the other day and it dragged under the car and caught my (what-I-thought-was-called-the) oil pan cover (which was already slightly ripped at the front) and shredded it.

My Jiffy Lube guy removed it and tossed it in my trunk. He told me if I got another one and came back on the weekend he would install it for me, gratis.

Apparently this thing isn't the "oil pan cover". It's one of 3(?) parts that are part of an "anti-noise capsule" system?

It's this part:

Any idea of where I could find a replacement? I can't find a part number on the thing anywhere, even after washing off all the dirt, oil and crud. It might be "124 520 88 23" (found in a 6-year-old forum post elsehwhere). Not sure.
