1994 Coupe license plate and right rear light
Had 1 bulb out over the license plate. No big deal, pulled the socket and looked at the bulb. Unfortunately the bulb was good, uh-oh. Multimetered it and sure enough no voltage. Put the socket back in and turned the lights back on and promptly blew a fuse on #3. Ok so, instead of ignoring the problem (which I was going to do) I now had to trace down the short. Put another fuse in opened the trunk and everything was working. Closed the trunk, blew the fuse. Turns out that the wires from the trunk hinge get a tremendous kink in them when the trunk is closed. Years of opening and closing eventually broke the wires. Simple re-wiring job fixed it but man is that a stupid setup up. When you have some time hop in the trunk and have someone else close it most of the way down and you'll see what I mean.
