Help !..... 300te wagon question ???

i got a 1990 300te ... i was removing a my side panels . and i saw this reservoir tank where the power antenna & first aid kit is located( rear right trunk side) i dont know what it is??? there a hose attach to it that that dont know where it connects

any idea whats the reservoir tanks is for ???
