Newb needs your help.
hello, I have some questions about my 1988 300E. Ive been searching for awhile.
1. My car hates to start and run unless the engine is warmed up, I am assuming from what I've read that it is the OVP. I am in the process of figuring out how to test that.
Now my real question.
2. The car shifts so slow (automatic). When I shift from park to R or D there is about about a 6 second hesitation before it engages the selected gear. Also when driving the car, the speedo bounces it also shifts hard and slow between gears while moving. Is there some sort of vacuum problem? I am stumped about these cars. Any input would be great.
