heater failure?
1992,300D,2.5T.The engine is running.Water temp 81C,sufficient coolant(no low level warning),temp.selector set at 78F,outside air temp. 53F,"economy" selected on control panel,the fan runs,but no heat issued.(all fuses in box OK)
Does anyone have an idea what is faulty.Thanks.

It's supposed that fan is activated and it works.
Well, you can check the electrovalves switches that open/close the water flow to cabin. They are 2 if your cars has climate control or 1 if it has automatic air conditioning. They are located beside battery and front right strut.
Then you can check the electrical water pump. Use to be located near electrovalves, but this depends on model. The shape and form is similar to electrovalves but it is more large.
