looking for solution
Hello gang,
I have a 1992 Mercedes Benz 300E 4matic. I just recently changed the battery, belts, spark plugs and MAF. Just some tune up things if you will. My car is also equipped with cell phone from factory. Here is the problem, I noticed that my gear indicator lights, the window switches, the sunroof switch, the rear passanger reading light switch, the rear headrest release switch and the driver mermory button 1, 2 switch remains on when the car is turned off. Also I noticed the rear reading light does not come on anymore which it did before and the radio antenna does not go all the way down. I think this causing the new battery to drain and I had to jump start the car twice. One last thing if it relates to this matter, the very left side of the instrument cluster light is out too and my fuel gauge tends to move around(shake alot). Any thoughts or solution is much appreciated as to what I need to do.
